Day 2: Cheesehead Country

Got an early start this morning and flew through Chicago while everyone was slowly rising. I-90 was still a racetrack.

Not much to report other than Pat dropped two glass soda bottles at a very busy 7-11 in the Dells, a way too crowded resort area. The mini-explosions were right in line with an early 4th celebration.

Ended up at the Burr Oak Winery, where we taste tested local grapes and parked the Airstream for the night. Great view from the dinette. Nice people here in flyover country.

Stayed at Winery through Harvest Host for free. Dry camping.
