Ships log day 103

Gulf of Aden, 17.04.2017

All at sea very hot and sunny travelled 27,700 miles. In the Gulf of Aden. A couple of more comments on Oman our last port, everyone seems very comfortably well off, as not many people there, do any washing and ironing, as they take it to a laundry, the men dont shave, every day they go to a barber to get shaved, hence every other shop is a laundry and barbers. When it rains there, everyone goes out doors and rain bathes. The lagoons had these flocks of flamingoes, and Camel burgers in their restaurant, certainly a different planet to what we are used to . The ship have just fitted reinforced steel panels on our windows for security reasons, we think they are concerned about rebels hijacking the ship, we will miss the sun through our windows in the morning. Formal night and comedian, so all is still all well with the world. Photo of Maghsail beach,
