Ships log day 44

In Wellington the capital.Travelled 13500.Warm and cloudy, a lovely city and spent the morning there but needed a couple of days. Went on a cable car to get a great view of Wellington and a walk in the botanic gardens. In the afternoon we went on a tour along the coast road to a sheep farm a sheep dog demonstration with views of the mountains and forests of the South Islands across the Cooks Straits. Then scenic drive back to the ship and midnight sail away. 4 days at sea now before Sydney where we spend 2 days. First we have to travel the Tasmania sea which seems to have a bad reputation kwells to the ready. Photo of Wellington
