4500 miles traveled. Yesterday Gym and swim 250 calories 40 mins 4 kilometers with incline 3 per cent. Today we have arrived at Curacao, Willemstad. Our trip today was a coach tour of the island and then then left us at the beach with umbrella and chairs for two and a half hours. Did some snorkeling and photographed some colourful fish and coral. Curacao owned by the Dutch and 37 miles of the coast of Venezuela a volcanic island. Another day in another paradise. Lovely colourful bird life. We have time to see the night life as we are not leaving till 10.30 pm for Aruba tommorow. I have included a photo of me as a warning to those thinking of cruising after just 16 days you to could look just like this.
