Ships log day 7

Arrived here at 8am only 15 Degrees so the legs are not out yet. The captain told us that our cruise would have traveled 34000 miles by the time we get back to Tilbury. Yesterday's cocktail was A Nutty Colada. We are in the Azores and on the island called San Miguel the biggest of the 9 volcanic islands. Ponta Delgada is the capital, it's very green and picturesque. Our excursion took a tour of the island and took us to a pineapple plantation and free liqueres. Then to a huge volcano with a lake in the crater, as in the photo. It last erupted 5000 years ago and could erupt again at any time. We now have 6 more days at sea before reaching Barbados.
