Ships Log day 61

Darwin, 06.03.2017

In Darwin hot and sunny travelled 17, 200 miles. Our tour today took us about 50 miles outside Darwin to the Adelaide River and boarded a small craft to go in search of crocodiles and boy did we find them I kid you not 5 metres long, huge salt water crocs. They threw lumps of meat for them and they were leaping up out of the water, some sight. This is in thier natural environment they have to cull hundreds of them a year because of how dangerous they are. We then went on a tour of Darwin, a lovely place plenty of space a nice and quiet. We witness a proper tropical down pour which lasted about 10 mins it was 34 degrees all day and very humid. We have a big send off from Australia tonight as we now leave Australia with a deck party music dancing and BBQ I don't think we will stay long feeling bushed.
