Day 118: Back to Melbs!

My flight was at 1pm so I spent the morning with Meg and Jonny. We shopped and then walked around Queenstown Gardens. The lake had burst its banks slightly from the rain and some shops close to the water had even closed to protect their stock. I said my goodbyes to all the friends I had met on the Kiwi experience and then headed to Queenstown airport on the bus. The flight was only about 3 hours long, and before I knew it I was back in sunny Melbourne to see Sam. I had been so excited to get back to see him. I would be spending my last 10 days here before returning back to the UK, for some quality time with Sam. It was so good to see his face again when he picked me up from Melbourne airport. It had only been 3 and a half weeks since I was last here but I had really missed him. He took me for dinner at an Italian restaurant on Hardware Lane in the city which was lovely and then we took Archie for a walk in the evening as the sun set.
