Day 117: Last day in Q-town

Today I moved out of the dorm room and decided to upgrade to my own private room for my last night. After nearly a month of staying in hostels I thought I deserved this! I spent the day today shopping with Marissa, Gemma and Hannah at all my favourite shops including Glassons and Cotton On. I would miss these shops when I returned to the UK. The rain again was pouring down but I didn't let this stop me from doing what I wanted to do. Today I went on a Jet Boat on Lake Wakatipu which goes 90mph!! With the rain hitting us as we flew across the river, this felt like daggers on my face but luckily I had my sunglasses on to protect my eyes! Tonight I went for a walk in the sunshine around the Queenstown bay which was truly beautiful! Ruby and Julie cooked us all a curry this evening, which was a great way to spend my last night with all my NZ travel friends. We then headed out to a pool bar for the rest of the evening to have a few drinks with all the Kiwi Experience crew
